Why are neon signs so expensive?

• Each piece of neon art is hand crafted by our experienced glass artists who boast decades of experience bending and blowing glass. You cannot mass-produce neon art. The only ingredients in production are glass tubes, an open flame to bend the glass, and neon gas to fill and illuminate the tubes. Skilled neon craftsmanship is not common, nor cheap.

• With the utmost attention to detail and packaging design revisions, we’ve nailed down a packaging process to reduce our breakage rate to 2%. How do I install it?

• Do you possess the skill of putting a nail into a wall? If so, installation is a breeze. All you must do is put a screw/nail in the pre-drilled holes in the acrylic backing, or hang the included chain with a screw/nail. From there, plug the sign into a wall outlet, flip it on, and watch the faces of your friends as they stare in admiration & awe.

How long will it last?

• All Neon X products are intended for indoor usage only. Neon art can last 8-15 years dependent on how often it is used, among other variables like environment and time. You can have peace of mind that your neon art will last up to a decade or more with no attention or repairs needed.

Are neon signs safe?

• YES! All Neon X products are produced with UL certified power supplies, tested against rigorous conditions to ensure the highest degree of safety and quality. The noble gases that are used to manufacture neon signs are not harmful, in the case of breakage. When neon art is damaged, no current passes through the gases. Neon art is perfectly safe to the touch and will not burn you. Neon will only run warm, and the power consumption is typically more efficient than fluorescent and incandescent bulbs.
